We accept the following forms of payment for purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through PayPal payment processing only. We will also accept a company check from the company that you work for. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed prior to acceptance of your class registration. Your order will not be completed until forty-eight (48) hours or 2 business days after your credit card has been processed in full for the product(s) ordered by you. These are Paypal rules, not ours and with acceptance of these terms and conditions, you agree to these terms. Once again, we suggest early registration as first come, first served…and reserved!
Please select your training session carefully. Once a payment has been made, we cannot possibly refund any tuition paid to DIG for training. If, for some reason, you are not able to attend a course that is paid for by you, we will do our very best to get you into another training or equal or lesser value at the next available training session. DIG reserves the right to pick a suitable replacement location or equal or lesser value.
We accept credit card payments in U.S. Dollars only, processed through Paypal. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. If a particular class fills up prior to your registration, we will offer you a suitable second alternative City/Venue in replacement of your first choice and do our best effort to see to it that you get a suitable alternative.
As of the start of our 2016 training schedule, the cost for a printed training manual will be $65.00. This covers printing and shipping to your location here in the United States. We may ship internationally at an additional charge.

If you sign up and pay for a certain training date/location and it is full, we will try our best to offer you a alternative option of city/venue for your registration fee. Full disclosure: Please select your training(s) carefully. Once registrations are paid, we cannot possibly refund any fee paid for a training. Thank you for your understanding. If a reasonable replacement for a certain training is not made in the case of an emergency, we will refund your training fees only after a 10% administration fee and the original paypal processing fees have been deducted from the total amount that you have paid, if your fees were paid using paypal. If you did not pay your training fees through paypal, we will only subtract a 10% administration fee from the total amount that you paid.

For orders purchased from other states outside of California, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes that are applicable.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
